The market is beginning to heat, buzz, and bustle; all indicators 
are trending positively.
More listings are popping up (yay for choices!).
Sales are on the rise.
Days on market for active listings? Shrinking.
Days on market for sold properties? Also shrinking.
The average sold price to list price %? Climbing.
Median and average listing and sold prices? Climbing.
Open houses? Buyers are bumping into each other.
Multiple offers? Making a comeback.
Showing appointments? Climbing.

For sellers, good news.  Listings priced appropriately, expertly presented, and professionally marketed will attract strong offers and sell quickly. Positioning a property for selling success is important.

But beware: Properties that miss the mark on pricing, marketing, presentation, and representation will find themselves gathering dust bunnies, slashing prices, and getting no love from potential buyers.

For buyers, there’s good news and other news. The good news; new listings are tumbling onto the market every day, giving you more options. The other news. It's a strong seller's market, with more buyers than sellers, so you've got some competition. When you spot THE one, be ready to act quickly and put your best offer forward.
